This assignment consists of Section I and II. There are five questions in each Section. You have to answer a total of five questions in about 400 words each. It is necessary to attempt at least two questions from each Section. Each question carries 10 marks.
SECTION–I
1) Discuss various models of e-governance.
2) Write a note on the role of Information and Communication Technology in administrations.
3) Describe the culture of government organizations
4) Examine the role of Information and Communication Technology in public service delivery.
5) Explain the concept of e-panchayat and examine its challenges.
SECTION–II
6) Define the concept e-commerce and highlight its benefits.
7) Write a note on electronic market.
8) Discuss the area of intervention of Information Communication Technology in citizen services.
9) Briefly discuss the role of Information and Communication Technology in passenger reservation system of Indian railways.
10) Describe the challenges facing Information and Communication Technology implementation in governance.
