7. Critically evaluate the impact of training programs on developing complex competencies and why serious concerted effort is required beyond just increasing training frequency.
8. Define Task Analysis and explain its significance as a potential HRD tool for improving organizational performance.
9. How does human resource audit differ from traditional financial and statutory audits? Explain why human resource audit is considered a ‘critical analysis of existing resources’ and how it serves as a base for future planning.
10. Write short notes on the following in about 150 words each:
