This assignment consists of Section I and II. There are five questions in each
Section. You have to answer a total of five questions in about 400 words each. It is
necessary to attempt at least two questions from each Section. Each question carries 10
marks.
SECTION–I
1) Discuss various stages of e-governance.
2) Discuss various technologies use for information and communication.
3) Write a note on the role of Information and Communication Technology in
delivery of public services.
4) Discuss the application of Information and Communication Technology in rural
development.
5) Examine the changing role of PRIs.
SECTION–II
6) Define the concept e-learning and highlight its significance.
7) Define the concept of e-commerce and discuss its benefits.
8) Write a note on electronic trading system.
9) Examine the Right to Information Act 2005.
10) Discuss the issues and challenges of implementation of Information and Communication
Technology in governance.
