1. Explain the factors which trigger for change. Discuss the future mindset and how one can
be ready to adapt to change. Illustrate.
2. Discuss the stages of OD citing relevant examples. What are the essentials for success of
OD?
3. Explain the role of different agencies in the mergers and acquisition with the help of
examples. What are the other strategies used by organizations as an alternative to
mergers and acquisition? Illustrate.
4. Why do people, in organisations, tend to resist change? Explain instances of resistance to
change in your own organisation and the effectiveness of Management strategies to
overcome the resistance.
5. Describe how organisational culture change can take place? Illustrate from an
